1 - Ginkgo - also known as ginkgo biloba, is an herb that improves energy flow at the cellular level. Ginkgo increases the production of adenosine triphosphate - often referred to as ATP - which helps the brain metabolize glucose for energy.
2 - Siberian Ginseng - known also as eleuthero, is primarily used as a tonic for fatigue and stress. The herb is also popular among athletes for its ability to increase stamina and endurance.
3 - Astragalus - is an herb used to increase metabolism while improving levels of energy. It can be enjoyed as a tea, or used as a tincture. It can also be used in a powdered solid extract form. Astragalus has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to strengthen and invigorate the body.
